A 50,000 square-foot renovation of the entire school.  TESTCOMM worked directly with the Waitsburg School District to commission this facility.  The scope of work included writing the commissioning plan and schedule, writing functional performance test procedures, observing system static tests, conducting functional tests, determining acceptability of test results, and ensuring the quality of training.  Systems commissioned include HVAC, energy management, boilers, heating water, electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, intercom, sound reinforcement, and multimedia.  Commissioning included full testing of all equipment, sensors, devices, and sequences of operation.  The project completed in August 2002.
