Full remodel and major expansion of the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. TESTCOMM was contracted directly with the State of Washington to provide testing and commissioning of all mechanical systems, HVAC systems, humidification systems, energy management system, variable frequency drives, and major electrical systems. The systems had to be proven to maintain proper temperature and humidity (under a variety of ambient conditions) to protect sensitive artifacts. Scope of work included writing and executing functional performance test procedures for the above listed systems, witnessing and documenting static tests on piping and duct systems, testing and balancing of HVAC systems, coordinating training, reviewing operation and maintenance manuals, and documenting and tracking deficiencies. This project completed in 2002.
