A 70,000 square foot addition and remodel of classrooms, laboratories, and office spaces.  TESTCOMM was contracted directly with the State of Washington to commission all mechanical, electrical, and control systems in the facility.  Major systems tested include medical air and vacuum, campus-wide security system, fire alarm and interface, dual duct HVAC, energy management, and plumbing.  This was a multi-phase project with final project completion in the year 2002.  The scope of work included writing the commissioning plan and schedules, writing and executing functional performance test procedures, witnessing and documenting systems installation and testing, coordinating training of owner’s personnel, and ensuring the quality of operation and maintenance manuals.
