Office Team

Jerry Ensminger, TESTCOMM's manager, takes an active role in the office in addition to performing Testing, Adjusting and Balancing; and Commissioning services in the field. Jerry's office work includes plan reviews, estimating, writing proposals, reviewing and certifying test reports, scheduling of work and general oversight of company activities. His qualifications include over 20 years experience in systems testing, evaluation and training including nuclear power systems testing; process controls programming; HVAC systems testing and balancing; sound and vibration analysis; and building systems commissioning. He is a LEED accredited professional, has NEBB certifications for commissioning, HVAC and Hydronics system testing and balancing, sound and vibration analysis, and is a Certified Commissioning Professional through the Building Commissioning Association. Jerry is the past-President of the Northwest Chapter of the BCA, and stays active in BCA and Green Building functions as a speaker.

Gerald Ensminger, Sr.- Estimator
Gerald's qualifications include over 30 years experience in various commissioning related disciplines.  He has over ten years experience with TESTCOMM commissioning systems in Washington, Idaho and Montana.  In addition to his career with TESTCOMM, Gerald spent two and a half years performing sea tests and evaluation of electronic systems for the Navy; was a field service and testing engineer in textile manufacturing; evaluated manufacturing, testing and quality control for a computer and flat panel system design and build company; and has extensive experience in building systems operations and maintenance with emphasis on energy management and technical systems testing and evaluation.

Jeanette Francone - Administrative Assistant- Jeanette brings several years of administrative experience to the job, and takes care of processing the certified TAB reports, certification of equipment for the company, and other general tasks to support office operations. In addition, Jeanette sends out bids for projects to our customers.
