Some of the significant commissioning projects that TESTCOMM is involved with are listed below:

Shadle Park High School Modernization- This multi-million dollar, phased project will completely renovate the 1960's Shadle Park High School and add much needed classroom and laboratory space to this aging facility.  The project is a GC/CM project lasting over two years and is being constructed under the Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol, a program similar to LEED.  The project is currently under sonstruction and is scheduled to be completed in late 2009/ early 2010.

College of Southern Idaho Health and Human Services Building- Currently nearing completion of design stage, this 70,000 plus square foot building will house new programs for the CSI campus, including dental, health sciences, nursing and related programs.  The project is "going for the Gold- LEED Gold Certification, that is, and construction is anticipated to start in Autumn 2008.

Costco Warehouse Store, Manahawkin, NJ-  TESTCOMM is working with Costco to develop commissioning procedures and commission their first LEED qualified warehouse store.  TESTCOMM has previously developed succinct procedures to perform test and balance and commissioning on new Costco stores throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
